The game preset crops 3350 × 1700 pixels from X 1488, Y 570. It never scales to fit a smaller source. Switch to Pixels or Aspect ratio and inspect the preview, or use screenshots with enough source resolution.

Exports shows every finished crop. Save numbered files (ZIP) downloads one ZIP; on iPhone open Files → Downloads, tap it to extract, open cropped/ and choose … → Name (ascending). Android and desktop: extract cropped/ and sort by Name. Share / Save to Photos and Save to gallery make Photos copies, but Photos sorts by date added or captured, not filename. Pro: Save to a folder (desktop Chrome/Edge) writes the same numbered files into a new dated folder, and Keep on this device lets you reopen a batch later.

Every export uses the exact selected order: 0001_GameShot_<batch>.png or .jpg, 0002_…, with wider numbers for larger batches. A subset is renumbered from 0001 without gaps, and custom order changes the numbers to match. ZIP, folder, share, gallery and single-image exports use the same names. Order starts locked; unlock only when intentionally rearranging. For exact file order use numbered ZIP/folder files sorted by Name. Importing those files into Photos, TikTok, Instagram or YouTube can still change display order, so compare thumbnails and check the final preview. ORDER.txt and order.json map final positions to original input positions. Renaming copies image bytes and does not change pixels, capture dates or originals.

Sign into the same GameShot account used to buy, then choose Restore purchases / refresh access on Pro. Pro checks require internet. If a provider receipt says paid but access is missing, email the account address and transaction identifier. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, verification codes or Apple private keys. Purchasing may be temporarily closed while live payment setup is completed; free three-image batches remain usable.

For access, correction or deletion requests, identify the GameShot account email. For a bug, include your device/browser, app version, crop dimensions/mode and a brief description. Screenshots are optional—remove personal or sensitive content before sending them. Unsaved export history is session-only, so save copies you want to keep.

The secure web edition supports an installable app experience in compatible browsers. Use the browser’s install-app option when available. A Windows Store listing and native iOS/Android store releases are separate distribution steps and must not be inferred from browser installation.
